In 1998, I know this RTS games from neighbour while he visited some of my friends. He actually came to fix a pc but after he finished his work. He installed Red Alert (not sure which series at that time) and he played the game as demonstration to my housemate.
The game looks very funny – small tanks and soldiers moving on the screen and fighting opposite side. Once he finished his game, I jumped in to the chair and start a new game and play owith his suggestion beside. Wow, so funny game and enjoyable !!
After that I and my housemate have our pcs connected via twisted network port and start to play the game for the whole weekend and sometimes overnight!! 
Now, the new Command and Conquer 3 Wars was released and distribute to all the world by EA in Mar 2007. The game comes with a good design and more 3D. However, I still find out what is the computer specification requirement to run on.

Back to 1995, the first release of Command and Conquer games from Westwood Studio. Westwood was somehow merged with EA Studio in 2003. Therefore the Command and Conquer series games are now developed by EA Studio which makes games for many plateforms such as PC, XBOX, Nintendo and even on Mac.
